Does the agent sound robotic to my leads?
No. We train the agent with your name, your agency brand, your tone and your product portfolio. It sounds like a trained team member — not a bot. Most leads don't realize they're talking to AI until they ask directly, and even then the experience has been smooth enough that it doesn't matter.
Is this compliant with insurance regulations?
The agent handles pre-qualification and appointment setting — it does not quote, bind, or give benefit recommendations. All regulated activities remain with you, the licensed agent. For SMS, we use A2P 10DLC registered numbers which are compliant with carrier requirements. We recommend you consult your state's DOI guidelines for any specific restrictions in your market.
What about TCPA? Can I get sued?
We build the agent to respond to inbound leads only — meaning the consumer already initiated contact (opted in via your ad, form, or lead vendor). Responding to an inbound inquiry is different from unsolicited outbound blasting and carries significantly lower TCPA risk. We do not send bulk unsolicited messages. All follow-up sequences are triggered by the lead's own actions.
What if the lead wants to talk to a real person?
